How sliding-scale clinics work

Community health centers (officially, Federally Qualified Health Centers) are required to see you whether or not you have insurance, and they charge based on what you earn. Bring a photo ID and, if you can, a recent pay stub or other proof of income — that is what sets your fee. If you have no income, say so; you will still be seen. Everything below accepts uninsured patients.
