Below-Market Featured Apartments — Direct to the Property’s Website
Communities renting under their submarket average, verified against current rent data — with a direct link to each property’s own website so you deal with the source, not a middleman.
How a property earns the “below market” badge
Simple and checkable: we compare the property’s published starting rents against the current average for its city (RentCafe/Apartments.com market data, updated as we refresh our local guides). If the starting rent sits meaningfully under the local average — and the property publishes its prices instead of hiding them behind “call for pricing” — it qualifies. Publishing your prices is the price of admission.

Property managers: want your community listed here?
If your published rents sit below your submarket average, this page sends you exactly the renters you want — people who’ve already done the affordability math with our calculator and are searching for value. Featured communities get a direct link to their own website (not a lead form we gatekeep), a rent-vs-market comparison renters trust, and a verified transparent profile.
What we need from you
Your published starting rents by floor plan, your website link, and answers to the ten transparency fields renters ask about: rent, required income, deposit, application fee, credit expectations, utilities, housing-assistance policy, pet charges, availability, and estimated move-in cost. If a field doesn’t apply or you’d rather not publish it, we mark it “confirm with office” — we never invent numbers, in either direction.
Email hello@myapartmentstlouis.com with your property name and website, and we’ll verify your rents against current market data and get your listing up.
Market averages sourced from RentCafe and Apartments.com market trend data at time of verification; comparisons are refreshed when we update our local guides. Being featured is free during our launch period. Equal Housing Opportunity.
