Before a property appears here, we confirm the details renters usually can’t get without five phone calls. Every profile publishes: actual rent, required income, deposit, application fee, credit expectations, utilities included, housing-assistance policy, pet charges, current availability, and total estimated move-in cost. If a property won’t share it, we say so on the profile.
