Our standard for property profiles

Every profile lists what the property publishes — base rent, required monthly fees, application fee, and pet charges — with the date we checked, plus our estimate of the income you need and the cost to move in. Where a property does not publish a detail, such as the deposit or its credit standard, the profile tells you to confirm it with the office. Every profile says whether we work with the property.
