My Apartment St. Louis is a free renter resource. We do not own or manage any rental property. We work with The Crossing at Northpointe, the apartment community featured on this site, and it pays us a fee when a renter we refer signs a lease there. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to you.

What we collect

We collect information you type into a form on this site, and anything you tell us when you call or text (314) 798-0129. From forms, that is:

Your name — so we know how to address you.
Your phone number and/or email address — so we can reply.
Anything you write in the message box — for example your budget, preferred areas, or move-in date.
The page you submitted from — so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your Social Security number, ITIN, bank details, card numbers, or copies of identity documents.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked for help, to suggest apartments or resources that fit what you described. We do not sell your information.

If you tell us you are interested in a property we work with, such as The Crossing at Northpointe, we may share your name and contact details with that property’s leasing office so it can help you. We do not share your information with anyone else for their own marketing. If you rent at The Crossing after we refer you, The Crossing pays ZSKFL Management, the company that operates this website, a fee.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to the email inbox we use to reply. That inbox also receives enquiries from our sister apartment sites. Access is limited to the people who operate these sites.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It is a privacy-focused analytics tool: it does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an advertising profile of you.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser’s session storage for one thing only: to remember that you have already seen or dismissed our enquiry pop-up, so it does not reappear on every page. That information stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

Web3Forms, which delivers our forms, keeps a copy of each submission for up to three years under its own policy. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to help you and to keep a basic record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Call, text, or use the contact form below and we will action it.

Children

This site is intended for adults searching for housing. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
